DISCOVER YOUR PALATE
Discovering your palate is not something that you can do in a day, but I can help guide you, ask the right questions and help you discover what wines and aromas you prefer, also what wine to order and pair in every occasion, combining fun and expertise. This happens by comparing different wines, it becomes a gym for your palate and every time it will be a journey. Awakening your senses and getting in touch with you want, discovering the life of the winemakers, unveiling the secrets of wine. When my guests are back home they have discovered a new part of themselves and they can trust their palate, this is the real change this experience can give.
How does this process work?
Well it’s easy, by tasting wines together! By comparing two red wines and two whites that I will be selecting, quality amazing wines, but also chosen to be useful to understand how to compare and learn about the main differences in the aromas and palate.
Just imagine a private tasting experience where our focus is to discover your palate, and the palate of your friends and family at the event, in a Michelin starred restaurant in Florence or in a castle in Chianti, while discovering the area around us, parinig the wines with plates you won’t be able to forget. I only bring my guests to my favorite venues, I have to love a place to go there, see it as a fault or as a virtue, but that is part of the experience. Here are some possible experiences you can book:
Luxury wine walk in Florence with Michelin starred dinner: I will walk you throughout Florence with an interactive lesson about the history of wine in this amazing city and of course stopping in two enoteche to taste and compare, and then we will head off for a dinner in a Michelin starred restaurant in the center of the city.
Discovering Wineries: If you have always wanted to go in a real winery, see how wine is made, meet the owner, and taste some of their best wines, learn, taste and compare, this is the perfect experience for you and your group. Will the tasting be about Brunello? Super Tuscans? That is for you to decide!
